Menu engineering revealed

Jason L., Jesper S. and Pascal Z. knew how many individual triangles of various sizes, single or multiple fields including overlappings could be identified in the last VespaQuiz. The only correct answer is 35 different triangles. It graphically explains  menu engineering on how one particular ingredient is used in various dishes. Vitello Tonnato, Sliced Veal Zurich-style and Saltimbocca all use the same veal tenderloin. Congratulations to the three winners; they can enjoy a plate of pasta of their choice before July 31st, 2012.
