A customer statement “Saltimbocca with Saffron Risotto, very very yummy, thank you Peter” who also sent us this picture of the dish we cooked for him. This compliment goes to Chef Dennis and his team of dedicated cooks.
In all fairness, this Saltimbocca is the real thing - with Australian veal tenderloin, Italian parma, fresh American sage and Italian marsala; everyone else around fiddles with the ingredients. The risotto zafferano; Italian Gallo with Persian Saffron - as good as it gets!
